We collect only what is necessary, and only when you provide it:
Support requests are kept for three years after the last exchange. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Billing data is kept for ten years, as the law requires. Audience measurement data is kept for no more than fourteen months.
Your data is never sold or rented. It is processed by ElpisIA and by its technical providers: o2switch (hosting, France) and, if you have consented, Google (audience measurement if you consent, and reCAPTCHA on forms).
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them: contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Our contact forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA to filter out automated submissions. In doing so, Google receives your IP address and technical data about your browsing, and sets a cookie. This processing relies on our legitimate interest in protecting our services from abuse. See Google’s privacy policy.
